摘要 目的了解2009年东南大学医学院附属江阴医院临床分离获得的主要细菌对抗菌药物的耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供可靠依据。方法采用VITEK32细菌鉴定仪及GNS448药敏板进行药敏试验。结果 2009年我院共分离获得细菌菌株3 555株,其中革兰阴性(G-)菌2 448株(68.86%),革兰阳性(G+)菌1 107株(31.14%);分离获得的肺炎克雷伯菌和金葡菌菌株数分别位列G-菌和G+菌首位;肠杆菌科中的肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)菌株检出率分别为61.27%和20.04%;分离获得的菌株对亚胺培南及美罗培南等碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药率最低,对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药率较高,铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对各种受试抗菌药物的耐药率均超过30%。结论我院分离获得的病原菌以院内感染的常见病原菌为主,细菌耐药情况的监控形势依然严峻。 Objective To investigate the resistance of clinical isolates from Jiangyin Hospital affiliated to Southeast University Medical College against commonly used antimicrobial agents during 2009.Methods The antimicrobial susceptibility of clinical isolates was tested by VITEK32 bacteria analyzer and GNS448 plates.Results A total of 3 555 clinical isolates were collected,including 2 448 gram-negative(G^-) isolates(68.86%) and 1 107 gram-positive(G^+) isolates(31.14%).Klebsiella pneumonia and Staphylococcus aureus were the major species of G^-isolates and G^+ isolates respectively.The positive rate of extended spectrum b-lactamases(ESBLs)-producing strains in Klebsiella pneumonia and Escherichia coli were 61.27% and 20.04%,respectively.The resistance rates of all isolates against carbopenems such as imipenem and meropenem were lower,while the resistance rates against quinolones were higher.The resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii against all of the antimicrobial agents were more than 30%.Conclusion The clinical isolates from our hospital were common pathogenic bacteria of nosocomial infection.The resistance against antibacterial agents is still serious.
