转化生长因子β1-509C/T、T869C基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关研究 被引量:1

Study on the correlation between gene polymorphisms of TGF-β1-509C/T,T869C and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

摘要 目的:研究转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)-509C/T、T869C基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法:运用聚合酶链反应扩增TGFβ1-509C/T、T869C基因片段,内切酶进行限制性酶切反应并经测序证实。结果:观察组TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性基因型频率(%)分别为18.18、43.94、37.88;对照组分别为14.71、45.59、39.70。观察组TGFβ1、T869C基因多态性基因型频率(%)分别为21.15、46.16、32.69;对照组分别为22.06、47.06、30.88。TGFβ1-509C/T、T869C各种基因型频率在两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论:TGFβ1-509C/T、T869C基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病无明显相关。 Objective:To study the correlation between gene polymorphisms of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)-509C/T,T869C and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods:Gene fragments of TGF-β1-509C/T and TGF-β1-T869C were amplified by PCR,restriction endonuclease reaction was used by incision enzyme,then the genes were confirmed by gene sequencing.Results:The frequencies of gene polymorphism genotypes of TGF-β1-509C/T were 18.18%,43.94%,37.88% in observation group,14.71%,45.59%,39.70% in control group,respectively;The frequencies of gene polymorphism genotypes of TGF-β1-T869C were 21.15%,46.16%,32.69% in observation group,22.06%,47.06%,30.88% in control group,respectively;there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0 05).Conclusion:There is no obvious correlation between gene polymorphisms of TGF-β1-509C/T,T869C and HDCP.
