Females in the paintings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are mainly characterized by their femininity and melancholy. In Ming paintings, the faces of women are handsome, the images are beautiful, the type is mostly freehand ink water painting, and the style is more about elegance and easiness. To the Qing Dynasty, the image of women in the paintings is even thinner and more effeminate They have American shoulders and long necks. Their eyes are looking down and their chins are low. The spice is cold and sad. The painters pay attention to the inner meaning and pursue feelings and the realm of poetry. But by taking a wide view of these painting, it is not difficult to find, in fact, the aesthetic standards of females in every age are under the domain of men's aesthetic.
