摘要
针对当今普通高校女生审美存在的一些误区,过度求瘦、忽视肌肉之功能,过度重视形体美、忽略意志美等,导致健身功能认识不清,锻炼项目选择盲从,不利于健康审美。研究指出:男权主义是女性审美偏颇的根本因素,女明星楷模效应是主要因素,学校体育存在有限失职,普通高校女性应树立正确的审美观,创设女生体育锻炼环境,注意宣传导向的正确性。
Biased on female esthetic on social recently,strives for thin excessively,to neglect function of the muscle,takes bodyl beauty excessively,to neglect will and so on,which is unclear in the fitness function,is blind in following the body exercise choice, is not in favor of the health esthetic. The research pointed out The male power principle is a basic biased factor for the female esthetic,the female star model effect is the primary factor,the school physical education should undertake some duty,the female should set up the correct aesthetic standard,the society should take the status for the female fitness,establishe the female physical training environment, the school physical education must take some action,society pay attention to propaganda guidance.
