摘要
文化管理是基于制度管理之上的先进管理模式,我国家族企业实施文化管理有助于解决制度管理下难以化解的管理问题。具体来说,文化管理在避免重情感轻制度、促进企业决策的民主性与科学性、消除家族内外成员之间隔阂、改变企业重利轻义的短视行为、保障企业的可持续发展等方面功效显著。
Cultural management based on system management is the advanced management mode.Chinese family business implementing cultural management is good to solve the managerial problem that system management can not settle.Specifically,cultural management will produce significant effect in terms of avoiding to think highly of emotion to neglect rules,to promote enterprise decision-making to be democratic and scientific,to eliminate barriers both family members inside and outside,to change the short-sighted of focusing on profit and guarantee the sustainable development.
