摘要
为了研究监狱服刑人员的组织公民行为,采用《组织公民行为量表》,对两所监狱的服刑人员进行调查分析,结果表明:(1)男性服刑人员的组织公民行为在自我发展、组织忠诚、助人行为三个维度上均显著低于女性服刑人员;(2)不同年龄的服刑人员的组织忠诚存在显著性差异;(3)来自农村的服刑人员在敬业守法、自我发展和助人行为上显著低于来自城市的服刑人员;(4)文化程度是大专以上的服刑人员在自我发展和助人行为上显著优于文化程度是初中及初中以下的服刑人员。
In order to study the prisoners＇ organizational citizenship behavior,this paper used the organizational citizenship behavior of scale of prisoners were investigated,the results show that：（1） male prison staff of organizational citizenship behavior in self development,loyalty,help in three dimensions behaviors significantly below the female prison staff;（2） different age group loyalty prison staff there exist significant differences;（3） from the rural areas in prison staff professional law-abiding,self-development and helpful behavior from the city significantly below serve personnel;（4） culture is above degree in prison staff self-development and helpful behavior culture is significantly superior to the prison staff and junior high school.
