摘要
采用问卷调查法,对组织公民行为的结构进行检验,并探讨印象整饰、心理控制源对组织公民行为的效应。结果表明:组织公民行为包括公司认同、利他行为和个人主动性三个维度。利他行为和个人主动性的变异很大程度上可以由印象整饰和心理控制源来解释;印象整饰、内控对组织公民行为有正向的影响作用,而外控对组织公民行为的影响是反向的。
This study explored the effects of impression management and locus of control on organizational citizenship behavior.Based on previous studies,the psychological structure of organization citizenship behavior was analyzed by the confirmatory factor analysis technique.The results showed that OCB included three factors:identification with the company,altruism toward colleagues,and conscientiousness.Structural equation modeling was applied to test the effects of impression management and locus of control on organization behavior under working settings.The model fitted the data well with good fit indexes.The model suggested that impression management and internality positively predicted organization citizenship behavior,but external control negatively predicted organization citizenship behavior.
