摘要
工伤保险条例的实施,对保障遭受工伤及职业病伤害的职工的合法权益具有重要的意义。工伤保险条例中的工伤认定程序较以往更为规范,但是仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题,使得一部分劳动者在遭受工伤后,无法及时、便捷地获得救济,严重影响了我国工伤保险制度的法律实效。应进一步完善工伤认定程序,维护职工合法权益。
The implementing of industrial injury insurance regulations has the important significance to prevent and the worker＇s lawful rights and interests from industrial injury anti oceupalitional sickness. The industrial injury progranl in the industrial injury insurance regulations is more standard than ever before. However, there are still many problems to be solved, and when some workers suffered injuries they can＇t be helped timely and eonwmiendy,which severely afffected the industrial injury insurance system of law. So it is necessary to further perfect the process of confirming industrial injury and protect the worker＇s lawful rights and interests,
