摘要
随着水平井数量和产量比重的增加,如何成功地开展水平井压裂改造就成了一个难题。压裂水平井参数的优化设计,是压裂施工前必须要考虑的一个基本问题。目前,水平井压裂参数的优化设计方法有常规正交优化算法和遗传算法,后者试验获得的寻优结果比前者高。文中提出了一种压裂水平井井网参数优化设计的新方法,在应用遗传算法对水平井长度、裂缝条数、裂缝半长、裂缝导流能力、井距及排距等参数进行优化设计研究的基础上,应用正交设计方法对遗传算法的初值选择问题进行了改进,从而很好地克服了遗传初值问题的不确定性,极大地提高了参数的优化效率。
With the increase of numbers and rate ratio of horizontal wells,how to successfully put into practice the fracture treatment of horizontal wells becomes a problem to many oilfields.Parameter optimization is considered as a basic problem before fracturing operation.Conventional orthogonal algorithm and genetic algorithm are used in the parameter optimization to fractured horizontal well at present,and the latter is better than the former in the optimization ability.A new method for parameter optimization to fractured horizontal well is put forward in this article.Based on the genetic optimization of horizontal well length,fracture numbers,fracture half length and fracture conductivity,well spacing and well array spacing,the initial value selection of genetic algorithm is improved through the use of orthogonal design,which effectively overcomes the uncertainty of genetic initial value and greatly improves the effectiveness of parameter optimization.
