摘要
压裂井的裂缝参数是决定压裂效果好坏的关键因素。文中针对低渗气藏压裂水平井裂缝参数优化问题,建立了气藏模型和裂缝模型,并依据该模型编制了裂缝参数优化设计软件,通过对现场实例进行了模拟优化计算,研究了裂缝条数、裂缝间距、裂缝长度、裂缝宽度、裂缝导流能力,以及裂缝与水平井筒的夹角对压裂水平井产能的影响。利用正交试验优选的主要裂缝参数为:裂缝间距100 m,裂缝条数5,缝长比0.8,裂缝导流能力10μm2·cm。按照优化的裂缝参数压裂施工后,平均单井产气量由裂缝参数优化前的7.48×104m3/d上升到15.32×104 m3/d,增产效果显著。
The fracture parameter of fractured well is the key factor in determining the effect of fracturing.Aimed at the fracture parameter optimization problem of fractured horizontal well in low permeability gas reservoir,the gas reservoir model and fracture model of fractured horizontal well were set up.Based on the model,a fracture parameter optimization design software of fracturing horizontal well in low permeability gas reservoir was developed,and by means of simulation calculation of field application,the fracture parameters such as number of fractures,fracture width,fracture length,fracture flow conductivity and the impact of fracture and the included angle of horizontal wellbore on productivity of the fracturing horizontal well were analyzed.Based on the results of orthogonal test,the main fracture parameters are as follow:fracture spacing of 100 m,fracture number of 5,the ratio of fracture length to distance between wells of 0.8 and conductivity of 10 μm2·cm.After fracture parameter optimizing,the average gas production of single well rises from 0.074,8 million m3/d to 0.153,2 million m3/d,getting obvious stimulation effect.
