摘要
通过对相关文献和国内实际情况的调研,本文重点选取可测量被监护个体的健康变化趋势的10项指标,并对其实施优化,最终形成6项可方便测量、较为准确预防监测成人常见慢性非传染性疾病发生趋势的参数。以期实现个体健康变化系列数值的实时获取,预示个体健康状态的变化情况,从而提出有效的健康指导和及时的就医建议,实现居民慢性非传染性疾病的有效预防和控制。
The method of evidence based scientific research was used for the selection of parameters for chronic disease intervention.We reviewed the literatures of published patents,the reports of public health,and the peer-reviewed papers of preventive medicine and other fields.There were 10 chronic disease related parameters evaluated in the study,which included the measurements of body mass index（BMI）,hip circumference（HC）,waist circumference（WC） or waist hip circumference rate（WHR）,waist statue rate（WSR）,abdomen circumference（AC）,blood pressure（BP）,blood glucose,triglyceride（TG）,uric acid and alanine aminotransferase（ALT）.The final parameters included were BMI,WHR,WSR,AC,uric acid and ALT based on their values of chronic disease indication,cost effectiveness and the accuracy and convenience of measurement.The model of six parameters would help in the prevention and detection of chronic diseases.
