摘要
基于油流在管道横截面上流速均匀且浓度均等的特性,引入有效扩散系数,利用费克扩散定律和质量守恒定律,建立一维混油模型,采用对称截取动态跟踪法(SIDTM)对传统数值解法进行优化,并以南输成品油管道为例验证了该方法的准确性。利用一维混油模型的数值算法可对实际管道的混油情况进行离线模拟,从而得到任意时刻混油浓度的分布情况,便于监控沿线混油,并为控制混油量和混油切割提供指导。
Because flow velocity of products oil is uniform and its concentration is equal in the pipe cross-section,one-dimensional contaminationmodel is built by introducing the effective diffusion coefficient based on Pick diffusion law and the mass conservation law.The symmetric intercept dynamic tracking method(SIDTM)is adopted to optimize traditional numerical solution,and its accuracy is verified through South Products Oil Transmission Pipeline.The off-line simulation on contamination state for actual pipeline can be carried out by this method.Consequently,the distribution of contamination concentration at any time can be obtained.It is easier to monitor contamination state along pipeline,and the process controlling for contamination volume and contamination cutting can be guided based on this method.
