摘要
本文指出在管道顺序输送工况分析中一直存在的错误:用系统工作点跃变来解释和描述混油经过泵时的水力状态。作者提出按流动变化性质和程度的不同,顺序输送工序分为:混油进入首泵站后的一段时间为水击区,经过中问泵站时为渐变区,在管内移动的过程为缓变区。本文按水击特征线解法给出混油经过泵时的边界条件,并提供了分析实例。
There has been a fault for ages in analyzing the operating state of batching in oil pipeline, that the hydraulic behavious during mixture passing pumping stations is explained and described with 'system operating point popping' , Based on the diversity of the nature and level of unsteadiness, the operating state of batching should be divided into three regions, surge-a period after mixture entering in head station} gradually changing-mixture passing intermediate stations; smoothly changing-mixture travelling along line. The boundary condition of mixture passing stations, matched the Characteristic Method for surge calculation, is provided. Following that come some analysis examples.
