摘要
湖上平台回转升降平移装置是为水声测量配套的辅助设备系统,它的主要功能是对挂在其机械部分上的被测装置进行升降、水平垂直移动以及旋转操作。给出了增量型光电编码器在装置中的硬件设计和软件设计,并列出了提高测量精度的相关措施。实际结果表明:由光电编码器和高速脉冲计数模块组成的平台位置检测系统运行稳定,且实时可靠。
The rotary rise lifting lake device on lake platform is an auxiliary equipment supporting for the acoustic measurement, whose main function is to operate the measured device hanged on the structure mobile in rise, level, vertical and rotary direction. The hardware and software designs of the increment type photoelectric encoder in the device are given, and the relevant methods to improve the measurement precision are listed. Actual results show that platform position-detecting system composed of photoelectric encoder and high-speed pulse counter module is running stably, real-time and reliability.
