摘要
在研发出国内首台中频强磁场测量仪的基础上,设计一种基于电磁感应定律的中频强磁场传感器,分析其结构和等效电路,进行性能测试和标定,并对实验结果进行误差分析,结果表明:所设计的传感器在300 Gs磁感应强度下和较宽的频带范围内频率特性良好,传感器满足设计要求。
On the basis of the first measuring instrument developed in China, a medium frequency strong magnetic field measuring sensor is introduced which is based on law of electromagnetic. The structure and equivalent circuit of the sensor are analyed. Performance test and calibration results show that the designed sensor has good performance under 300 Gs magnetic field strength and within wide frequency range. The error analysis of experimental results proves that the sensor meets the needs of intermediate frequency magnetic field measurements.
