在日益激励的市场竞争中,企业间的竞争已逐步转向了供应链联盟间的竞争,而乡镇企业在面临其原有的发展环境变化的情况下,选择供应链管理作为其战略创新模式是一个必然选择,而且也具有其可行性。因此,乡镇企业应该按供应链管理要求及时调整企业运作模式,选择不同的供应链管理战略,建立起信息系统平台,及时监控供应链的运作状况和建立起对参加供应链联盟的乡镇企业的评价标准和奖励办法。
The competition of between enterprises have gradually turned to the competition between supply chain alliance in increasingly incentive competition market.However,township enterprises supply chain management is an inevitable choice as part of its strategy innovation pattern when their original development environment has changed,and it has its feasibility.Therefore,the township enterprises should adjust enterprise operation mode according to the requirements of supply chain management,choose the supply chain management strategy,set up information system platform,timely monitor supply chain operation condition and set up the evaluation standard and incentive measures to township enterprises of supply chain alliance.
