摘要
研究了以粉煤灰为主要原料制备高强度、大孔径泡沫材料的影响因素,研究结果表明:在工业废渣总含量达90%,添加适量石灰、矿物激发剂,可制备出抗压强度为12.5 MPa,密度0.98 g/cm3,孔径2~5 mm,导热系数为0.12[W/(m.k)]的新型低温陶瓷泡沫材料。该材料具有加气混凝土的特点,是一种新型的绿色环境材料,为粉煤灰高附加值利用提供了一条新技术途径。
The factors of high strength and large diameter foam material produced with fly ash as main raw material were studied.It showed that the new low-temperature ceramic foam material can be produced by adding appropriate amount of lime and mineral activator,under the condition of the total industrial waste residue amount to 90%.The compressive strength of the material was 12.5 MPa.Its density was 0.98 g/cm3 and is diameter was between 2-5 mm.The material had aerated concrete's peculiarities.It is a new type of green environmental material.It provides a new technical approach for high value-added use of fly ash.
