摘要
CBC复合材料是以工业废渣为主要原料,在接近常温条件下制备而成的具有陶瓷和混凝土性能的新型无机非金属材料。以铸造废砂为增强材料、粉煤灰制成的CBC胶凝材料为基体,采用湿热强化工艺,探讨了制备CBC复合材料的原料配比、成型压力、用水量、养护方式等工艺参数对材料性能的影响。研究结果显示:CBC复合材料具有优异的物理、力学性能,可代替天然石材和高性能混凝土用于建设工程。
CBC composite is a kind of new nonmetallic materials made by industral wastes under condition of adjacent normal temperature, which takes on the properttes of ceramics and concrete. Using waste foundry sand as strengthening materials and CBC cement made from fly ash as matrix, and applying strengthening process of wetness and heat during preparation, the effects for ratio of raw materials, molding pressure, the amount of water and the way of conservation on properties of CBC composites were studied. The results show that CBC composite has excellent physical and mechanical properties and can replace crude stone and concrete used in constructing project.
