摘要
通过对小鼠T淋巴细胞转化及B淋巴细胞转化测定、巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定、T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8和NK细胞活性测定等方式,评价红豆杉多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果显示,红豆杉多糖可以提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫细胞功能,能够明显提高CTX所减低的小鼠T、B淋巴细胞转化功能和巨噬细胞吞噬作用,表明对免疫功能有较好的促进作用.
Effects of the polysaccharides from taxus on immune functions of tumor - bearing mice were studied by a serial of experiments including T and B lymphocytes transformation test, macrophage phagocytosing function test, and subgroups of T lymphocyte - CD3, CD4 and CD8 and NK killer cell viability test. The results showed that the polysaccharides from taxus could improve the immune functions of tumor - bearing mice by obviously enhancing the T and B lymphocytes transformation functions and the macrophage phagocytosing function, which were brought clown by CTX previously. It indicates that the polysaccharides from taxus possess good effect of promoting immunological function.
