摘要
Co27是武汉大学生命科学学院利用转基因方法育成的新型水稻温敏核不育系,温敏核不育基因来源于OsUgp1基因的共抑制表达。Co27在不育期内表现出不育性,在可育期内表现可繁性好。经测验,与目前我国生产上大面积应用的6个籼、粳类型光温敏核不育系育性基因均不等位。
Co27 is a new rice thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) line developed by transgenic technology by Wuhan University. The TGMS phenotype was derived from cosuppression expression in the OsUgp1 over-expression transgenic rice. Co27 showed stable sterility during its infertile period, but had good reproductive ability during its fertile period. Allelism test showed that Co27 has non-allelic male sterility gene with other six indica and japonica P/TGMS lines widely used in China at present.
