摘要
学习支持服务是远程学习成功的重要保证,其发展趋势是日益网络化。课程学习支持直接影响学生的学习和远程教育机构人才培养目标是否达成。"基于WEB2.0的数字化教学环境与资源建设模型"课题为实验课程所建构的学习支持服务系统取得了积极效果。本文对分层多元学习支持服务模式的构建过程、所提供的学习支持服务特点进行了深入分析,同时提出了需要进一步研究的问题。
Web 2.0 technologies make it possible to deliver online learning support to distance learners more effectively and efficiently. This article introduces a Multiple- layered Learning Support Model (MLSM), including its construction and features. It is argued that learning support should be informed by learner characteristics and course learning objectives as well as be proactive and moderately structured in nature. Learning support is essential to the success of distance learning; therefore, it should accompany the learning process of a course.
