不同小麦品种苗期的耐盐性鉴定及其相关生理参数研究 被引量:15

摘要 以15个河北平原区推广的小麦品种(Triticum aestivum L.)为材料,采用水培方法研究了供试品种苗期的耐盐能力差异及其相关生理参数。结果表明:不同供试小麦品种的耐盐能力具有较大差异,依据NaCl处理(200 mmol/L)9 d时的单株干物重较对照下降幅度,可将供试品种划分为耐盐能力强、较强和敏感3种类型。对盐分处理3、6和9 d后的幼苗形态学性状(株高)和生理参数(可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛)含量的研究发现,盐分处理后株高与幼苗的耐盐能力具有较高程度一致性,表现为随着小麦耐盐能力的增强,盐分胁迫下株高呈不断增加趋势。盐分胁迫下,供试小麦品种的耐盐能力强弱与可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性不呈明显的相关,但MDA含量在盐分处理后期表现为随着小麦耐盐能力增强而降低。因此,可分别用株高和MDA含量作为评价小麦苗期耐盐能力强弱的形态学和生理指标。 Using fifteen wheat cultivars currently being planted in Hebei plain to be the experimental materials,the salt tolerance capabilities and the corresponding physiological parameters of the tested cultivars during the seedling stage have been studied.It is found that there were large differences on the salt tolerance among the cultivars.The tested cultivars could be classified into three groups on the salt tolerance including tolerance,mid-tolerance,and sensitive based on the decreased degree of plant dry weight(reduced percentage of plant dry weight under 9 d treatment of 200 mmol/L NaCl to plant dry weight that growing under normal growth condition without NaCl).The plant height and some physiological parameters such as soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,and malondialdehyde(MDA) content at 3 d,6 d,and 9 d after the salt treatment have been investigated.It is revealed that the plant heights showed a similar tendency with the salt tolerance capabilities among the tested cultivars under the salt stress condition,showing a pattern that the cultivars with strong salt tolerance had relative high plant heights.There were not positive linear correlations between the soluble protein contents and the SOD activities with the salt tolerance capabilities.However,the MDA contents among the tested cultivars showed a pattern to be decreased in the strong salt tolerance cultivars compared to the salt sensitive cultivars at the late stage of salt treatment.Therefore,the plant height and the MDA content could be used as the identification cretiria at the levels of phenotype and physiology,respectlvely,for evaluation of the salt tolerance capability at the seedling stage in wheat.
