摘要
电镀废水中的Cr^(6+),不需预先化学还原或电化还原成Cr^(3+),添加净水剂6210就可直接反应去除。试验表明,含Cr^(6+)189.6 mg/l的电镀废水,投药比6210/Cr^(6+)为25~50,室温下搅拌反应1 h,Cr^(6+)的去除率>90%,且15 min内可澄清。6210净水剂还具有去除F^-、SO_4^(2-)等阴离子及去除Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Ni^(2+)等重金属阳离子的特性。
Cr^(6+) in plating waste water are removed directly by the purging water agent 6210, while to reduce to Cr^(3+) chemically or electrochemically was not necessary. The test indicates that 189.6mg/L Cr^(6+) in plating waste water is reduced by a factor of below 10% with addition of 6210/Cr^(6+)=25~50 in room-temperature agitating for 1 hour, after then clearing for 15 minutes. In addition anion F^-, SO_4^(2-) etc. and cation Cu^(2+), Pb^(2+), Zn^(2+), Cd^(2+), Co^(2+), Ni^(2+), Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+) etc. can be removed also by this 6210 agent.
