摘要 热动力—发动机加工制造综合废水中废水种类多,处理难度大。针对重庆某公司的热动力—发动机制造废水,设计采用物化+生化的组合处理工艺,使出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准。在运行调试的过程中,根据该废水的特点,对处理工艺进行了少量的改进。实践证明,在进水污染物质含量远高于设计值时,出水水质仍然能够稳定达标。 The synthetic waste water of thermodynamic engine manufacturing contain a variety of pollutants and treatment of this waste water is very difficult. In order to deal with the synthetic waste water that discharged by a thermodynamic engine manufacturing company in Chongqing, The waste water treatment station designed a physico-chemical and biochemical treatment process, the quality of effluent water can reach the first standard of (〈 the integrated wastewater discharge standard )〉 (GB8978-1996). In the debugging process, treatment process have been improved a small amount according to the characters of waste water. Practice proved that the quality of effluent water can reach the standard steadily when pollutants of water inflow are much higher than the designed value.
