摘要
在传统的针灸理论及现代医学知识的指导下,结合长期的临床实践,石学敏院士突破了中医神与脑府的认识,创立了"醒神、调神、安神"的学术思想,倡导治神思想应用于临床针刺中,将"醒神""调神""安神"法用于针灸治疗急危重症及疑难病症,取得了显著效果。本文主要对石学敏院士用"醒神""调神""安神"法并施以严格的手法量学操作,治疗中风、中枢性呼衰、心绞痛、一过性晕厥、假性延髓麻痹、血管性痴呆、癃闭等急危重症及疑难病症作一介绍。
Under the guidance of traditional acupuncture theory and modern medical knowledge, with long-term clinical practice, professor SHI Xue-min, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, has made new recognitions on the concept of Shen （mind or vitality, a general term for life processes of the human body, referring to mentality, consciousness and thinking） and the brain, established the ideas of ＂Xingshen＂ （to cause resuscitation）, ＂Tiaoshen＂ （to regulate the function of mental activity） and ＂Anshen＂ （to tranquilize the mind）, promoted the appli- cation of the above ideas into acupuncture treatment on acute syndromes and intractable diseases, which is approved to have significant effect. The article dedicats to introduce professor SHI＇s experiences of using his idea of mental regulation with the combination of standard quantitative manipulations to treat acute, severe and intractable diseases such as stroke, central respiratory failure, angina peetoris, temporary syncope, pseudobular palsy, vascular dementia and dysuria.
