酸性离子液体脱除柴油中碱性氮的研究 被引量:15

摘要 制备了咪唑类酸性离子液体[(CH2)4SO3HMIM][HSO4]用于脱除催化裂化(FCC)柴油中的碱性氮,研究了反应时间、剂油比、反应温度等因素对脱氮效果的影响,确定了较适宜的脱氮条件。结果表明:在反应时间为0.5 h,V(离子液体)/V(柴油)=1/200,反应温度20℃,V(离子液体)/V(水)=1/1条件下,催化裂化柴油脱氮率为86.08%,脱氮后的FCC柴油质量明显改善。 Acid ionic liquid [(CH2)4SO3HMIM]/ was prepared and used to remove basic nitrogen compounds from FCC diesel.And the influence of reaction time,ratio of oil and reagent,temperature on nitrogen removing effect were studied the optimal removing conditions determined.The results showed that the ratio of removing basic nitrogen compounds is 86.08% at a reaction time of 0.5h,volume ratio of reagent and oil of 1∶200,temperature of 40℃,volume ratio of reagent and water of 1∶1,the quality of FCC diesel oil removed from nitrogen improves significantly.
