浒苔深加工产品对小鼠免疫调节作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究浒苔深加工产品浒苔纯粉、浒苔绿藻精和浒苔多糖的免疫调节功能,为开发利用浒苔提供依据。方法以腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫低下模型,浒苔纯粉和浒苔绿藻精分别以低、中、高剂量(750,1 500,3 000 mg/kg和150,300,600 mg/kg)进行干预;以接种肿瘤细胞(H22)建立移植瘤小鼠模型,浒苔多糖以低、中、高剂量(200,400,800 mg/kg)进行干预。通过测定相关指标,进行免疫调节作用评价。结果浒苔纯粉和浒苔绿藻精低、中、高剂量均可提高胸腺指数、吞噬指数和碳粒廓清指数(P<0.05);浒苔纯粉中、高剂量和浒苔绿藻精低、中、高剂量均可提高脾脏指数(P<0.05)。浒苔多糖低、中、高剂量均可提高脾脏指数(P<0.01);浒苔多糖中、高剂量均可提高吞噬指数、碳粒廓清指数和自然杀伤细胞活性(P<0.01)。结论浒苔纯粉、浒苔绿藻精和浒苔多糖对免疫功能有一定的调节作用。 Objective To study the immunomodulatory effects of deep-processed products of enteromorph pure powder,enteromorph chlorella growth factor and enteromorph polysaccharide,and to provide the basis for the development and utilization of enteromorph.Methods The immunocompromised mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(Cy).Enteromorph pure powder and enteromorph chlorella growth factor were gavaged to the mice at different doses(750,1 500,3 000 mg/kg for enteromorph pure powder,150,300,600 mg/kg for enteromorph polysaccharide,respectively).The H22 cancer-bearing mice model was established and enteromorph polysaccharide was gavaged at different doses(200,400,800 mg/kg,respectively).Relevant indicators were determined to judge the function of immune regulation.Results As compared with the model group,all doses of enteromorph pure powder and enteromorph chlorella growth factor could increase thymus index,phagocytic index and carbon clearance index(P0.05);middle and high doses of enteromorph pure powder could increase spleen index,so was all doses of enteromorph chlorella growth factor(P0.05).All doses of enteromorph polysaccharide could increase spleen index(P0.01);middle and high doses of enteromorph polysaccharide could increase phagocytic index and carbon clearance index(P0.01),improving NK cell activity(P 0.01).Conclusion Enteromorph pure powder,enteromorph chlorella growth factor and enteromorph polysaccharide have some regulation on immune functions.
