摘要
在中国各大中城市选取企业员工进行问卷调查,以分析中国情景下企业员工组织公平感与薪酬满意度之间的关系。经过数据确定了组织公平感的三个维度:分配公平、程序公平、互动公平;确定了薪酬满意度的两个维度:薪酬数量满意度、薪酬体系满意度。并发现组织公平感中的三个维度对薪酬满意度均具有显著正向预测作用。
This paper made a questionnaire survey of enterprise employees in Chinese cities to analyze the relationship between organization justice and pay satisfaction.Statistical analysis showed that: organization justice includes distributive justice,procedural justice and interactional justice;pay satisfaction includes pay quantity satisfaction and pay system satisfaction;and the distributive justice,procedural justice and interactional justice can predict pay satisfaction.
