基于薪酬满意度的公平性薪酬设计 被引量:5

摘要 现阶段大部分企业在薪酬管理方面存在很大的不公平.纵观传统企业薪酬管理的模式,不难发现其存在的种种弊端.进而致使现有企业薪酬管理上对内缺乏公乎,对外缺乏竞争的后果.正是基于这样一种现实的背景,本文对基于公平性的薪酬满意度进行了探析.本文首先介绍了公平理论与薪酬管理中的薪酬满意度,在此基础上,着重探讨了体现企业内部公平和外部公平的薪酬构建.
