摘要
受倒塌场地的限制,对125 m高的钢筋混凝土排气塔采取定向爆破的方式进行拆除。介绍了圆心角为218°,炸高为6倍壁厚的正梯形爆破切口参数;选取孔距为40 cm,排距为35 cm,孔深为27 cm,炸药单耗为2 000 g/m3的爆破参数;使用2段、5段、8段导爆管雷管组成分段延时起爆网路;采用了预处理以及安全校核等控制技术措施。本次爆破基本取得了成功,可供类似工程参考。
Owing to the limiting of collapse space,the directional explosive demolition was adopted to demolish the 125 m reinforced concrete exhaust tower.The blast parameters of positive trapezoid blasting cut parameters with 218 ° central angle and the blasting height 6 times of wall thickness were introduced,such as hole space is 40 cm and row space is 35 cm and hole depth is 27 cm,the specific charge is 2 000 g/m3,the delay fire network composed of 2,5 and 8 nonel detonators,pretreatment and safety controlling measures.This demolition has obtained the success basically,which can be referred for the similar projects.
