摘要
在倾倒空间不足的情况下,采用40 m高切口爆破成功拆除了台州电厂210 m钢筋混凝土烟囱。重点介绍了倾倒方向、爆破切口、爆破参数、网路参数、安全防护措施等。对振动进行了监测,爆破未对周围建筑物造成危害。良好的爆破效果表明:高切口爆破能将烟囱"化高为低",大大减小爆堆长度,避免底部结构不一、强度不均的缺点,确保爆破安全;钻孔取芯机预处理,有利于确保倾倒方向的精准;脚手架的加固措施,充分保证了脚手架的安全。
A 210 m reinforced concrete chimney in Taizhou Power Plant was demolished successfully with blast cut at 40 m height in limited collapse distance. The collapse direction,blasting cut,blasting parameters,network parameters and security measures are introduced in detail. Through monitoring the blasting vibration,no damage was made to destroy the surrounding buildings. The blasting result shows that high blasting cut could reduce height and the length of the rock piles. Meanwhile,the weakness of the varied structures and the uneven strength of the bottom were avoided. The pretreatment by using coring machine kept the accuracy of collapse direction and the reinforcement measures of scaffolding ensured the operation safety effectively.
