摘要
针对爆破对生态环境造成的破坏影响以及诉讼案件不断增多的实际情况,在"绿色"、"环保"、"无公害"爆破概念的基础上,提出了"生态爆破"的概念,即以避免对生态环境造成破坏影响为前提,以人性化的安全控制标准为依据,采用环保型爆破器材和先进的爆破技术,将有害效应降至最低的爆破。旨在提高生态环境保护意识,全面提升爆破声誉,推动爆破技术的创新。
According to damages increasing court case of blasting to the ecological environment and,on the basis of the ＂green blasting＂,＂pro-environmental blasting＂ and ＂pollution-free blasting＂,the ecological blasting is put forward as the new concept,which is to avoid damages of the ecological environment as precondition,and based on humanity safety control standard,the environmental explosive materials and the advanced blasting technology are adopted to minimize harmful effects of blasting.The arm is to improve the ecological environmental protection consciousness,blasting reputation,and promote blasting technology innovation.
