摘要
白细胞介素1(IL-1)是一种多功能细胞因子,近来研究显示IL-1参与种植体周围组织的炎性反应和免疫应答,在种植体周围骨缺损重建以及种植体周围炎的发生发展中起重要作用,是影响种植修复成败的主要因素之一。现从IL-1介导的免疫应答及其基因多态性两个方面来阐述IL-1与种植体周围炎发生发展的关系。
Interleukin-1（IL-1）is a multi-funtional cytokine which involves in inflammatory reaction and the immune response around the implants,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of peri-implantitis.It is an important factor associated with implant success.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the IL-1 and peri-implantitis from the two aspects of IL-1-mediated immune response and gene polymorphism.
