摘要
基于图像识别技术对航空发动机某型号燃油喷嘴雾化特性进行实验研究。介绍喷嘴性能研究实验台的测控系统组成及原理;论述图像处理的过程及实现方法;研究不同温度、压力以及喷嘴周向转角条件下喷雾锥角和不均匀度特性。分析结果显示:随着系统压力和温度的升高,喷雾锥角和不均匀度均具有减小的趋势;周向转角不同,喷雾锥角变化,但不影响不均匀度。
Based on image recognition technology,the aeroengine fuel nozzle spray characteristics of a particular model were studied experimentally.The composition and principle of measurement and control system of spray nozzle performance test bench were introduced.The process and methods of image treatment were discussed.The spray cone angle and un-uniformity characteristics under the conditions of different temperature,pressure and nozzle rotational angle in circumference direction were studied.The analysis results show that with increased system pressure and temperature,the spray cone angle and un-uniformity have reduced trends;with different rotational angle in circumference direction,spray cone angle changes,but it has no effect on un-uniformity.
