Fascin-1表达与颅内肿瘤脑浸润的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测fascin-1在不同颅内肿瘤中的表达差异,研究其与颅内肿瘤脑浸润程度和浸润方式的相关性。方法选择颅内肿瘤30例(12例脑胶质瘤,10例脑膜瘤,8例脑转移瘤)。采用磁共振弥散张量成像(diffused tensor imaging,DTI)测量其脑浸润程度;采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RealTimePCR)技术和Western-blot技术检测肿瘤fascin-1在mRNA水平和蛋白水平的表达;比较分析不同颅内肿瘤间表达的差异,并将其表达量与颅内肿瘤脑浸润程度作相关性分析。结果在不同类型的颅内肿瘤间比较:fascin-1在三类肿瘤中表达存在两两差异(P<0.05),其中脑转移瘤、胶质瘤、脑膜瘤呈递减趋势;在不同脑浸润力肿瘤间比较:fascin-1在胶质瘤组与脑膜瘤组表现出与脑浸润程度良好的相关性(fascin-1蛋白:r=0.87,P<0.05;fascin-1 mRNA:r=0.92,P<0.05);在胶质瘤组中,其表达与脑浸润程度呈正相关(fascin-1蛋白:r=0.69,P<0.05;fascin-1 mRNA:r=0.86,P<0.05);但与全部脑肿瘤组内的脑浸润程度间无相关性(fascin-1蛋白:r=0.39,P>0.05;fascin mRNA:r=0.28,P>0.05)。结论 fascin-1的表达与颅内肿瘤侵袭能力差异有相关性,但与颅内肿瘤侵袭方式的差异无相关性。
