摘要
目的:建立独活中总香豆素含量的测定方法。方法:以蛇床子素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定独活中总香豆素含量。结果:检测波长为322nm,蛇床子素质量浓度在2~12mg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率99.18%(RSD=1.69%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便易行,结果稳定可靠,可用于独活及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the method for content determination of total coumarins in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.Methods:The content of the total coumarins was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Results: The optimal detective wavelength was 322nm for the total coumarins.Satisfactroy linear relationship with the absorbability was achieved when the mass concentration of osthole was within a range of 2~12mg/mL(r= 0.9996).The average recovery rate was 99.18%(RSD = 1.69%,n= 6).Conclusion:Using UV spectrophotometry to detect the total coumarin content is simple,accurae and sensitive,and it can be used for the quality control of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.
