摘要
统一医疗损害鉴定体制是贯彻落实《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》、构建一元化的医疗损害责任救济体制的必然要求,也是解决当前医疗损害鉴定体制缺陷的必然举措。统一的医疗损害鉴定体制应着力提高鉴定的公正性、科学性、权威性与公信力,应当通过立法加以完善。
In order to implement the ＂Tort Liability Act of the People＇s Republic of China＂, which aims at building up a unified liability and aid system of medical malpractice as well as to perfect the current system of medical malpractice appraise ment, it is necessary to unify the system of medical malpractice appraisement. Efforts should be dedicated to modifying a unified medical malpractice appraisement system in terms of fairness, scientificity, authoritativeness and credibility, which should be perfected by legislation.
