摘要
为深化事业单位人事制度改革,实施绩效管理,各高校全面开展了教师绩效考核。如何建立一套科学、有效的高校教师绩效评价体系,成为了高校目前急需要解决的问题。文章根据高校教师的工作特点,选择多元评价主体,针对不同类型的教师设置不同的指标权重,构建教师绩效评价模型,计算教师绩效,从而获得准确的评价结果。
In order to deepen the reform of personnel system and implement performance-based management,every college has carried out a comprehensive appraisal of teachers' performance.At present,how to build a series of scientific and effective performance evaluation system of college teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved in colleges.According to the characteristics of college teachers' work,this paper selects multiple evaluating subjects and sets different index weights towards different types of teachers,thus constructs a model of evaluating teachers' performance,by which teachers' performance are calculated and accurate appraisal results are acquired.
