“双高”视野下基于大数据的高职院校教师发展评价体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了帮助高职教师不断提升自身综合能力,湖南汽车工程职业学院运用大数据技术探索教师能力评价"可视化"。该文以其实践为基础,结合国家"双高"计划对教师能力的要求,构建由师德师风、教育教学、科学研究、国际合作、社会服务、专业发展、团队协作7个一级指标和18个二级指标、80个三级指标构成的高职院校教师发展评价指标体系。在对三级指标数据标准化后,分别构建二级指标、一级指标模型,最后用统一指标值和差别指标值二种方法分别建立教师发展综合指数计算模型,其中统一指标值模型便于了解全校教师整体情况,差别指标值模型有助于对不同发展阶段的教师形成有效激励。 Taking Hunan Vocational College of Automotive Engineering as a case in this paper,and the big data technology is used to evaluate to improve teachers’comprehensive abilities,hence,combining the requirements of the National"double-high"program,an evaluation index system of teachers in higher vocational colleges is built,which is composed of 7 first-class indexes including teachers’ethics,teaching,scientific research,international cooperation,social service,self-professional development,team cooperation and 18 second-class indexes attached 80 third-class indexes.After standardizing the data of the three-level indicators,the models of the two-level indicators and the one-level indicators are constructed respectively.Finally,the models of the comprehensive index of teacher development are established by using the two methods of the unified index value and the difference index value,the unified index value model is helpful to understand the whole situation of all teachers,and also the difference index value model is helpful to form effective incentive for teachers in different development stages.
