摘要
通过实验建立了工业废水中邻苯二胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Kromasil-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流速1 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样体积10μL,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(0.01 mol/L醋酸铵溶液)=35∶65,测定波长290 nm。结果线性范围为:1~100 mg/L,平均加标回收率为101.2%,相对标准偏差为0.75%。
To develop a HPLC method for the determination of O-phenylenediamine in industrial wastewater,the analytical column was a Kromasil-C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the injection volume was 10 μL and the mobile phase was methanol to 0.01moL/L ammonium acetate solution of 35 to 65 in volume,and the detection was adjusted at 290 nm.The results showed that the method offered good linearity from 1 to 100 mg/L,the average recovery was 101.2% and the RSD was 0.75%.
