摘要
采用超滤+纳滤工艺处理印染废水,通过改变废水盐的种类、废水的pH值,分析相关因素对废水处理效果的影响。实验表明:以NaCl为主要助剂的混合浓洗水,COD和TOC的总去除率都在80%以上;以硫酸盐为主要助剂的碱性染缸废水和第一道漂洗废水按照5∶2体积比形成的混合液,纳滤过程对电导率和盐去除效果好,去除率分别为63.4%和60.3%,色度的去除率为93.8%;调节pH值后的以硫酸盐为主要助剂的染缸废水COD和TOC总去除率分别为77.2%和93.6%,色度总去除率为98.4%,同时具有较好的脱盐效果,全盐量从9 500 mg/L降至563 mg/L,脱盐率约94%,能大量削减外排废水中的含盐量。
In the dyeing wastewater treatment process of ultrafiltration and nanofiltration,the type of salt and pH of wastewater were changed to analyze the effects of relevant factors on the wastewater treatment.The results show that the total removal rates of COD and TOC are more than 80%,respectively,by using the mixture of NaCl concentration as the main auxiliary washing.When alkaline vat dye wastewater in which sulfate is the main additive and the first formed rinse water are mixed by 5∶2 in volume,the nanofiltration process can remove electrical conductivity and salt well,the removal rates are 63.4% and 60.3%,respectively,and the rate of color removal is 93.8%.After adjusting pH,for the dye vat total wastewater,the total removal rates of COD and TOC are 77.2% and 93.6%,respectively,and the rate of color removal is 98.4%,meanwhile,its desalting effect is well.In this process total salt volume can decrease from 9 500 mg/L to 563 mg/L,and the desalination rate arrive to about 94%,which can reduce the volume of salt in the discharged wastewater.
