摘要 以香精企业提供的高盐、高有机物废水为原料,通过添加可循环利用的脱水剂,控制用量和反应温度等参数,开展晶相转化法脱水并回收利用废水中无机盐资源实验。结果表明,晶相转化法可成功将废水中的硫酸钠与有机物进行分离浓缩,并回收精制出工业无水硫酸钠产品,Na2SO4质量分数≥95.0%,产品符合国家标准。 Recovery of inorganic salt resources from thehigh- salinity and high- concentration organic wastewater with recyclabledehydrating agentwere investigated by using phase transformation in this paper. The wastewater wereprovided by the flavors enterprise and experiments were carried out bycontrolling the parameters such as dosage of dehydrating agent and reaction temperature.The results showed that the phase transformation methodcan be applied successfully inseparation of sodium sulfate and organic matter. Sodium sulfate can be recycled from flavor wastewater,and mass fraction can reach more than 95%,qualified with the national standard.
