摘要 目的研究糖尿病并发神经病变的临床与电生理特点。方法对125例糖尿病病人临床资料及电生理检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 125例病人中35例(28%)有四肢麻木、疼痛等症状,100例(80%)有神经电生理异常,其中周围神经病变37例(29.6%)、皮肤交感反应(SSR)异常91例(72.8%)。病程越长神经病变发生率越高。结论糖尿病病人神经病变发生率高且与病程有关。神经电生理检测是诊断糖尿病神经病变的有效方法,SSR检查是其敏感指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of diabetes complicated with peripheral neuropathy.Methods The clinical data and electrophysiological results of 125 diabetic patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 125 patients with diabetes,35 patients(28%) had different levels of neurophysiologic abnormalities such as numbness and pain in the limbs,and 100 patients(80%) had nerve electrophysiological abnormalities,including 37 cases of peripheral neuropathy(29.6%) and 91 cases of sympathetic skin response abnormalities(72.8%).The incidence of neuropathy was correlated with the illness history.Conclusion The incidence of peripheral neuropathy is high in diabetic patients and correlated with the duration of diabetes.Nerve electrophysiological examination is an effective method and sympathetic skin response examination is a sensitive index in diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
