K树脂相结构形态与其力学性能关系的透射电镜研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用透射电镜研究了K树脂的两相分布形态,考察了相结构形态与宏观性能的关系。结果表明:在组成比相同的条件下,不同工艺的样品中两相形态有明显差异,其中PS相规整度高、两相分布均匀者,材料的宏观性能好;对于一系列自行研制的样品,当注塑温度低于230℃时,材料中两相分布不被破坏,产品宏观性能最佳。 Morphological texture of K Resin and its relationship with macro properties have been studied by TEM. The results showed that the morphological textures of samples prepared with different techniques are obviously different even though have the same composition.The macro properties of materials with regularity of PS phase and more uniform distribution of to phase are better.For the sample prepared by our institute,the distribution of two phase in it hasn't been broken and its macro properties are best when the injecting temperature is below 230℃.
