摘要
KMnO_4染色法是研究共混形态的新方法。利用高锰酸钾溶液中的新生态氧[O]的氧化作用,可使高聚物并用物中的不饱和组分相着色;并用体系的不饱和度差异使各相的着色程度不同;溶液中加少许硫酸可大大加速显色反应;采用单面定向的特殊染色方法可使切片厚度由毫米级减薄为微米级。新近开发的带有摄象机、闭路电视系统的彩色电视显微镜(CTVLM)是研究高聚物共混的理想仪器。新方法和新仪器已在实际科研生产中获得广泛应用。
The KMnO4 decoration method are new method for study on blend morphology. Making use of the oxidization of neomorphic oxygen [O] in KMnO4 solution, the unsaturated component phases in the polymer blend are decorated. The unsatuation differences of the system result in the phase decoration variation. The colour-reaction can be accelerated greatly by the addition of Sulphuric acid in KMnO4 solution ,The microtome section thickness can be decreased from mm to urn level by using a special single-orientation decoration method. Recently developmental CTVLM with camera and close-circuit TV are the ideal apparatus in study on the polymer blends. The new method and apparatus has been applied widely in scientific research and practical production.
