摘要
针对含胶元蛋白较多的食品因受其嫩度和保质期等因素的约束,影响到食用品质、销售范围、生产量,且加工耗时耗能。为此寻找出一种品质改良剂,使用后,食用品质得到改善。同时,食品的风味、营养成分等均不受影响。此品质改良剂安全、可靠、经济,便于厂家使用,具有实用价值。
There were many factors,such as quality preserved time and tendemess to effect the quality of food which contained abundant collagen protein.As a result the sale,quantitation of production of the food were limited,moreover the process of the food needed to consume more time and energy.To resolve these problems,we found a new kind of quality booster which improved the quality of food without effecting the flavor and nutrient elements.Due to its safety,reliability,economy,and convenience to use by manufactory,it was of practical value.
