摘要
加工贸易梯度转移的根本动因在于增强产业竞争力。钻石理论全面阐述了产业竞争力的六个影响要素。由于这六个要素可以影响加工贸易梯度转移的预期收益和机会成本,因而也是加工贸易梯度转移的影响要素。东部加工贸易企业在选择中西部承接地时,会根据企业战略的需要,在综合比较生产要素、相关及支持性产业、需求情况、政府、机会等影响要素之后作出抉择。中西部地区要想抓住东部加工贸易转移的历史机遇,必须要结合加工贸易梯度转移的影响要素,扬长避短,采取有针对性的措施。
The fundamental motivation of the gradient transfer of the processing trade is to strengthen industrial competitiveness.The Diamond Theory comprehensively expounded the six main factors affecting industrial competitiveness.As the six factors of the Diamond Model affects the expected return and the opportunity cost of the gradient transfer,they are also the factors affecting the gradient transfer.The processing trade enterprises in the eastern areas make choices according to the needs of enterprise strategy,after comparing the comprehensive factors such as the related supportive industries,the demands,the government,and the opportunity and etc..The government in the central and western regions should make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,and take measures to seize the historic opportunity of the processing trade transfer in the eastern areas.
