光周期对梨小食心虫生长发育和生殖的影响 被引量:14

摘要 探讨光周期变化对梨小食心虫生长发育和生殖的影响,为科学预测梨小食心虫种群动态的季节变化提供理论依据。在温度(26±0.5)℃,RH(70±10)%人工气候箱中,研究15L∶9D、14L∶10D、13L∶11D、12L∶12D和11L∶13D 5个光周期对梨小食心虫生长发育和生殖的影响。不同光周期条件下梨小食心虫幼虫发育历期、成虫寿命和产卵量明显不同(P<0.05),12L∶12D条件下幼虫发育历期最短、成虫寿命最长,产卵量最高;13L∶11D条件下幼虫发育历期最长;11L∶13D条件下成虫寿命最短,产卵量最低。但成虫产卵前期无显著差异(P>0.05)。光周期变化对梨小食心虫的生长发育和生殖具有显著的影响。 Influence of photoperiod on the growth development and fecundity of the oriental fruit moth,Grapholitha molesta(Busck),was studied in this paper to provide valuable information for exact forecast of seasonal fluctuation of its population.The effects of different photoperiods(15L∶9D,14L∶10D,13L∶11D,12L∶12D and 11L∶13D) on the larval development and adult fecundity of the oriental fruit moth respectively were examined under the condition of(26±0.5)℃,RH(70±10)% in growth chambers.Effects of photoperiod on the larval development duration,adult longevity and fecundity of G.molesta were significantly different(P〈0.05);and the effects of photoperiods on the pre-oviposition period of G.molesta were not significantly different(P〉0.05).Larvae were of the shortest development duration,and adults were of the longest longevity;the most abundant fecundity was at the photoperiod of 12L∶12D.The shortest adult longevity and smallest fecundity were found at photoperiod of 11L∶13D;the longest larval development duration was at 13L∶11D.Growth development and fecundity of the oriental fruit moth were significantly influenced by the photoperiods.
