摘要
详细分析了国际食品法典委员会(CAC)食品检测方法标准体系的现状、框架、分类和特点,并建设性提出对我国食品检测方法标准体系的启示。
The status quo,frame,classification and characteristics of food analysis standards system about Codex Alimentarius were introduced and analyzed.Some constructive revelations for Chinese food analysis standards system were also presented.
