摘要
文章首先分析了CAC食品标准体系和我国食品安全标准体系的现状,然后通过两者的对比,找出我国食品安全标准体系与CAC食品标准体系之间的差距,并分析了这些差距对我国的不利影响,最后提出如何通过借鉴CAC食品标准体系加快完善我国食品安全标准体系的建议。
This treatise first discussed the present situation of China＇s food safety standard system and the CAC＇s,then compared these two systems. It revealed the gap between China＇s system and the CAC＇s, analyzed the disadvantage effect of the gap to China. Finally put forward a proposal of how to use the CAC system for reference to perfect China＇s food safety standard system.
